We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales with a background in selling robotics or industrial automation systems in India. This role is for selling our state-of-the-art robotics solutions specifically to Warehousing and E-commerce companies in India.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management within the robotics or industrial automation industries. They should have a deep understanding of the Indian market and its unique dynamics, be able to navigate the complexities of large-ticket sales, and be familiar with industry practices and tech commonly used in high-ticket sales.

What would a day at Accio look like?
As the VP of Sales, your daily tasks would involve the following aspects:
- Identifying and targeting high-potential warehousing and eCommerce companies operating in India, to present our robotic systems as an ideal solution for their logistical needs.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close large-ticket sales, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and securing repeat business.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and comprehensive sales experience for clients.
